Estimated Shipping Times

Because our products are made on-demand, delivery times depend on the destination country. Order processing and fulfillment take 2–5 business days for all orders.

After fulfillment, here are the estimated shipping times based on your region:

  • USA: 3–4 business days

  • United Kingdom (UK): 2–5 business days

  • Europe: 3–6 business days

  • Canada: 2–9 business days

  • Australia / New Zealand: 2–14 business days

  • Japan: 4–8 business days

  • Brazil: 3–5 business days

  • Rest of the World (International): 8–14 business days (may take up to 20-30 days for some remote locations).

Important Note: Some orders may be shipped in separate packages, and each package may have its own shipping charge.

This is because certain product categories (such as t-shirts, caps, and other items) have different shipping rates to the same destination under Printful's shipping structure. Depending on the destination country, shipping costs may vary between product types, while in some countries they may be the same.

We do our best to minimize split shipments by optimizing our order routing whenever possible. This includes selecting fulfillment locations that can ship the entire order together, prioritizing fulfillment locations within the same destination market as the delivery address whenever available, and shipping from the location closest to the delivery address whenever possible.

However, some orders may still be delivered in separate packages when required due to Printful’s production, fulfillment, and shipping policies.
